Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and verified.

We deliver within Malaysia only. Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days. Shipping details, timelines, and tracking information (if available) will be provided via email upon dispatch.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or factors beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy allows:

• Returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of placing an Order.
